I was dealing with a fantastic sales professional, Stacey, and the deal was looking favorable until he had a family emergency and handed me off to someone named Jamal.

I have been coming here for years and I always get great on time service.
Had my vehicle towed in as the emergency brake would not release and they had it repaired under warranty and ready for pick up in just a few hours You can buy a car anywhere but when you have a problem the service department is what's important I highly recommend this dealership for all your needs!!!!

I had an unfortunate experience with the sales process at Southtowne recently. While my individual seller was communicative and on top of our deal, the dealership sold the vehicle that I was going to purchase the night prior to my appointment to sign the paperwork (my last exchange on the truck was around 7pm and then found out it had been sold next morning at 9am). Everyone was very friendly and helpful while we figured out which car would be best for our son. Sold me a CPO Corvette with almost bald tires and worn brakes which were squealing the day I brought it home. Didn’t notice on test drive. Advised dealer of both issues the next day to which they replied the car is within specs. Have a nice day. Technically, the tread depth and brake pads were within CPO spec split at the very bare minimum. If you buy a car here expect to get the bare minimum and nothing more. Bought a Certified Pre-Owned Corvette, not a cheap car by any means. Got it home and saw the tires were barely in spec enough to be considered acceptable for a CPO, and the brakes squeak like there's no tomorrow. They told me its "glazing" and to do a few hard stops to clear it. I've driven the car in Atlanta traffic for a month, believe me, I've braked hard in it. I visited Southtowne Chevrolet on 12/21 to address something in one of the tires on my Blazer - it needed to be plugged. Was advised that the hole was too close to the inner wall of the tire - I would have to purchase a tire. I was given a price for the same brand/size tire that is on my vehicle (Michelin Premium LTX, 235/55R20), & advised a tire would be ordered, for my return to the dealership on 12/26 to swap out tires. I have purchased three vehicles from Southtowne. My previous sale person had retired but Jacob Richards was a worthy successor. The sales manger Eric Polston was great as well and easy to work with and straightforward, which I appreciate. Highly recommend Southtowne.
We took our 2018 GMC Yukon here because it was having some issues. We paid $150 for a diagnostic test. We were told there was a problem with the brakes and a broken motor mount. This would cost approximately $1500 to repair. They also said we needed a new transmission and we were quoted approximately $6500 to replace that. We gave permission to do the $1500 in repairs for the brake problem and the motor mount and that we would do the transmission at a later date. They said ok. I think a little more time for presenting options would have saved a lot of time. There were two additional vehicles, fitting my original design, that I found after the initial paper work was almost completed. How did my sales person not know this?

This is our 5th car purchased at Southtowne. We have been very pleased with the sales people (Michael Graham), financing dept and the service department. They all go the extra mile to make a car purchase or even a service appointment an easy process. We drive almost an hour to this dealership because of the customer service.
Had an absolute 5star experience with their new commercial truck center today. They’re one of the only shops here locally who has an alignment rack big enough to accommodate our fleet. In an out in an hour. Customer service was top notch and they just earned a customer for Life. Thank you Bill, David , and Van for making sure we were well taken care of.
Great service and friendly environment
I did not want to purchase a vehicle from Southtown. Even though as a buyer under the GMS program the added dealer costs do not apply. I feel that it is price gouging to expect others to pay $10,000 over MSRP for the car we bought. This practice shows a lack of moral judgement by the management. If I could have found the car elsewhere I would have never darkened your doorway.
The work I request for was done in a timely manner.
Tim was super helpful in getting me scheduled. He jumped right in and helped me with programming settings and was a great teacher. Also, the maintenance was done perfectly and timely. Thanks Tim!!!

Cody and the team were great. He had great communication and got me the car I wanted before I purchased at another dealership. The envista is great. He showed me the ends and out of the Buick app and got me all setup. He also went over all the warranty information that was offered. He explained the lifetime warranty and how I have that available also.
The waiting time for my oil change was phenomenal.
After being told by the dealership in Union City that they no longer had techs that could work on the 3 year old Chevy Volt that bought there, I tried Southtowne today. They were excellent. Scott the service manager, was familiar with the issue, understood the warranty and had me out the door in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, a great experience.
While working with Chris Avery over a three-week period to locate the right truck for me, he called and had a truck for me to test drive. I like it and we began our negotiations, Chris and his manager were very nice and an agreement was made. Chris was very helpful in working with USAA to get all of the payoff and insurance data needed. Overall, it was a very helpful and friendly group to work with.

Bought a Tahoe paid over MSRP which was fine but detailing threw away floor mats before taking delivery. Salesman ordered new floor mats and I waited and waited months and months. I called parts department every month and it’s been a year saying they are on back order. Was planning to buy another truck from them but not sure now. UPDATE: Called and spoke to a manager and got everything taken care of. They even shipped me the floormats cause I live an hour away

Had a failing patch of clearcoat on the hood of my 2015 Colorado. Not only did the paint/body shop repair it, they also detailed the entire truck.

We asked did we want the truck was after the service was done, well we seen when the service guy brought the truck and parked it and place on the service desk well we sat there 20 minutes or more thinking some one will come back and wash the truck so after no one came in that time we were waiting I went to the service desk and ask was it ready and he said yes and we left.
